Using Motion Fab
Motion Fab is intended for people aged 13 and over. Use Motion Fab only if you can legally enter into this agreement or have the permission required by applicable law, including permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Keep your sign-in codes and account access secure. Guest projects belong to a guest account; losing access to that device or browser can make recovery difficult.
Features, templates, availability and limits can vary by device, platform and plan. Check your plan and credit balance before starting work.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in the materials you submit. You give Motion Fab the permission needed to store, transmit, process and transform those materials, including through the processing services described in the Privacy Policy, to provide the features you request.
Upload only material you are entitled to use, and obtain permission from people whose image or voice you use where required. You are responsible for your instructions to the agent and for how you publish or share the resulting videos.
Acceptable use
Do not use Motion Fab to violate another person’s rights, create unlawful content or deceptive impersonations, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service or its sandboxes, or bypass account, payment or credit limits. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.
AI-generated results
The agent can misunderstand an instruction, and generated animation, images, clips, voice-overs, music and transcripts may contain errors, unexpected details or material similar to other outputs. Review results before publishing. Motion Fab does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique or cleared for your intended use. Availability of third-party models may change.
Purchases, renewals and credits
Purchases on the Motion Fab website and web app are handled by Gumroad. The checkout and receipt identify the price, currency, billing period, taxes and whether a payment renews; prices shown before checkout exclude VAT. Review these details before paying. PRO renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it.
Work in Motion Fab uses credits. The agent’s processing, generated media and exports are charged according to the resources they use, so the same request can cost different amounts; the app shows your balance and each project’s spending. If a request costs more than your remaining balance, the difference is shown as a negative balance and deducted from credits you receive later.
The free Start plan refills to its monthly allowance each month, replacing the remaining plan credits; new accounts receive welcome credits once. PRO provides a monthly allowance, including on yearly billing; unused plan credits do not roll over. Credit packs are available to PRO users and expire 60 days after the latest pack purchase; another purchase extends the remaining pack credits. Credits have no cash value.
Cancel PRO through the subscription link in your Gumroad receipt or in the app; PRO remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting Motion Fab or closing an account does not automatically cancel billing. If purchases are later offered inside the iOS or Android apps, those offers will describe their own terms.
Payment problems and refunds
For a missing purchase, incorrect credit balance or failed paid operation, contact support with the account email, receipt or order identifier and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details.
To request a refund for a purchase, contact us or use the seller contact details on your Gumroad receipt. Refunded purchases remove the related plan or credits. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights that apply to you, and these terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive any statutory right.
Stopping use and account deletion
You can stop using Motion Fab at any time. Download any videos you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion process and the limited records that may remain. Subscription cancellation and refunds are separate from deletion.
Availability and responsibility
Motion Fab can be affected by maintenance, network failures, interruptions at processing providers or the availability of processing computers. Keep copies of important original materials and exports. No uninterrupted availability or particular creative outcome is guaranteed.
These terms do not limit liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory rights available in your country.
Apple app licence
If you obtain Motion Fab from the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom agreement is presented for that app. These service terms explain use of Motion Fab’s services; they do not change your agreement with Apple.
Changes to these terms
The last updated date identifies the latest revision of these terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter a completed purchase contrary to applicable law.
